26 hand-drawn letters using found objects (a bottle cap, paper clip and ruler). Long, thin and monolinear strokes form exaggerated lowercase letters; some strokes were off-set and angled to achieve an almost italics look while following the baseline grid. A black and white publication containing detailed photo instructions on how to recreate the typeface is printed as part of the project.
After the project, my lecturer shared about his experience teaching typography during one of the Typelab Asia sessions. Visuals for the seminar was put together using works of students from all the presenters, including this particular typeface.
